We ship all over India using Delhivery. International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is completely FREE on all orders

  • No hidden fees or additional delivery charges

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

  • Shipments can be tracked directly through Delhivery’s tracking system

6. Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate

  • Delivery is considered complete once Delhivery delivers the order to the provided address

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your paddle arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Email care@joolapro.in with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will coordinate with Delhivery to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may require re-shipping

  • In such cases, re-shipping will be processed only after customer confirmation
