Return & Refund Policy (Paddles Only)

At joolapro.in, we specialize in high-quality paddles. Due to the nature of sports equipment, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for paddles under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The paddle must be unused, unplayed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, protective cover, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Returns are accepted only if the paddle is:

    • Damaged during transit

    • Defective (manufacturing defect)

    • Incorrect model delivered

To request a return, email care@joolapro.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

2. Non-Returnable Paddles

Paddles will not be eligible for return or refund if:

  • The paddle has been used, played with, or tested

  • Grip wrap or protective seal has been removed

  • Damage is caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, or normal wear

  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Even minimal use marks make the paddle non-returnable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned paddle is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake

4. Replacement Policy

  • Defective or damaged paddles may be eligible for replacement, subject to availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to a defect or wrong item sent, joolapro.in will cover return shipping

  • For any other approved return, return shipping will be borne by the customer

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing care@joolapro.in

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
